The apartment is also an ideal place for students of other universities that are located in the immediate vicinity and employees of companies based in the center of Łódź. Within 7 minutes you will reach the Academy of Music, and 2 km separate you from the faculties of the University of Lodz, the Academy of Humanities and Economics or the Academy of Social Sciences. The apartment is located 15 minutes on foot to ul. Piotrkowska, so when you live here, you can be sure that you will always be in the heart of events.

The apartment consists of 7 renovated rooms and a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a second bathroom and a separate toilet.
