The apartment is located at ul. Złota 9, not far from the main thoroughfares of the city, such as ul. Pilsudski.

7-room apartment - located on the 2nd floor of the block. There are 3 separate bathrooms in the apartment.

The apartment is an ideal place for students of most faculties of the University of Lodz min. Geographical Sciences, Philosophy or International and Political Studies, as well as employees of FUJITSU, MILLENIUM bank and other corporations located in nearby office buildings at the intersection of Rydza-Śmigłego and Piłsudskiego streets.

The apartment has free WiFi Internet access for residents.

Each room has:

This location also allows you to reach other parts of the city in a short time thanks to public transport and the immediate vicinity of the Łódź Fabryczna Railway Station. We invite people without animals and non-smokers. Each room is locked, so you can be sure that no one will use it in your absence.

The apartment is under our care throughout the rental period. We are available to assist you during business hours. You don't have to worry about unforeseen situations that you would have to face alone. Constant technical and administrative care is a rare added value - it is obvious for us.
