Ready to move in immediately cozy rooms in the city centre - the flat is located in a development building at 51 Żeromskiego Street, at the intersection with ul. 6 August.  The flat has undergone a general renovation. It consists of five freshly finished rooms as well as a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.

    The advantage of the flat is its location. Living here within 10 minutes on foot you will reach among others:

• Piotrkowska Street

• Academy of Music

• Haller Square where the Medical University is located.

Only 5 minutes it will take you to walk to bus and tram arteries on Gdańska Street, Zielona Street or Kościuszki Street. Access to other key points of the city will provide you with the stop Piotrkowska Centrum, commonly known as "transfer", which you will get to maximum within 15 minutes. It is there that you will be able to take the tram and get to practically every corner of the city.

      Despite the fact that the flat is located in the very centre of Łódź, it is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. An additional advantage is the spacious and closed backyard.

        The flat is intended for students and young people working up to the age of 30.

       In the flat there is free WiFi Internet.

 I invite people without pets and non-smokers. Each room is locked, so you can be sure that no one will use it in your absence.

The flat is in our care throughout the rental period. We are available during office hours to assist you. You do not have to worry about unforeseen situations that you would have to face alone. Ongoing technical and administrative care is a rare added value - with us it is a matter of course.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment, i.e:
