The advantage of the apartment is its location. It is located very close to the very center of the city, yet in a quiet place. From the windows you can see green areas where you can relax reading books or listening to music. At the same time, within 10 minutes on foot, you will reach e.g. down:

Only 3 minutes will take you to the Lutomierska - Czarnkowska bus stop, from which you can easily reach places such as:

• University of Lodz - Faculty of Ek-Soc - in 15 min.

• UMED - Haller Square - in 15 min.

as well as to other universities or districts of the city.

The apartment is intended for students and young working people up to 30 years of age .

The apartment has free WiFi Internet access for residents.

I invite people without pets and non-smokers . Each room is locked, so you can be sure that no one will use it in your absence.

The apartment is under our care throughout the rental period. We are available to assist you during business hours. You don't have to worry about unforeseen situations that you would have to face alone. Constant technical and administrative care is a rare added value - it is obvious for us.
