Ready to move in immediately cosy rooms in the city centre - the flat is located in a development building at 51 Żeromskiego Street, at the intersection with August 6 Street. The flat has undergone general renovation. It consists of five freshly finished rooms as well as a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The advantage of the flat is its location. Living here within 10 minutes on foot you will reach, among others:

• Piotrkowska Street

• Academy of Music

• Haller Square where the Medical University is located.

Only 5 minutes will take you to walk to the bus and tram arteries on Gdańska Street, Zielona Street or Kościuszki Street. To reach other key points in the city, you will need to get to the Piotrkowska Centrum bus stop, which is commonly referred to as the "change station", and which you can reach in 15 minutes max. This is where you will be able to take the tram and get to practically every corner of the city.

Despite the fact that the flat is located in the very centre of Łódź, it is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. An additional advantage is the spacious and closed backyard.

The flat is intended for students and young people working up to 30 years of age.

In the flat at the disposal of the residents there is free WiFi Internet.

People without pets and non-smokers are invited. Each room is locked, so you can be sure that no one will use it in your absence.

The flat is in our care throughout the rental period. We are available during office hours to assist you. You do not have to worry about unforeseen situations that you would have to face alone. Constant technical and administrative care is a rare added value - with us it is a matter of course.
