Cozy rooms ready to move in immediately in the city center - the apartment is located in a development building at ul. Żeromskiego 51, at the intersection with ul. August 6. The apartment has undergone a general renovation. It consists of five freshly finished rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The advantage of the apartment is its location. Living here, within 10 minutes on foot you will reach, among others: down:

• Piotrkowska Street

• Academy of Music

• Hallera Square, where the Medical University is located.

It will take you only 5 minutes to walk to the bus and tram routes on Gdańska, Zielona and Kościuszki streets. Access to other key points of the city will be provided by the Piotrkowska Centrum stop, commonly known as the "transfer", which will take you max. 15 minutes. This is where you will be able to board the tram and get to virtually every corner of the city.

Even though the apartment is located in the very center of Łódź, it is located in a quiet area. An additional advantage is the spacious and enclosed yard.

The apartment is intended for students and young working people up to 30 years of age.

Free WiFi Internet access is available to residents in the apartment.

I welcome people without pets and non-smokers. Each room is locked, so you can be sure that no one will use it in your absence.

The apartment is under our care throughout the entire rental period. We are available to help you during business hours. You don't have to worry about unforeseen situations that you would have to face alone. Constant technical and administrative support is a rare added value - for us it is obvious.
