It consists of five newly renovated rooms as well as a kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet.

    The advantage of the flat is its location. Living here within 10 minutes way on foot you will reach, among others:

• Piotrkowska Street

• Academy of Music

• Haller Square where the Medical University is located.

     It will only take you 5 minutes to walk to the main thoroughfares (bus and tram) on Kościuszki Street. In addition, public transport will provide you with access to other key points of the city. Within 10 minutes you will reach the Piotrkowska Centrum bus stop, commonly referred to as the "transfer".

      Despite the fact that the flat is located in the very centre of Łódź, it is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are located inside the courtyard so they are free from the din of street noises.

       The flat is suitable for students and young people working up to 30 years of age.
