     The flat is located at 49 1 Maja Street. All rooms are non-passable and lockable. The biggest advantage of the flat is its location! If you are studying at the Medical University then you couldn't find a better place. From the flat you have 5 minutes on foot to all the buildings of the Medical University located atHaller Square. In addition, a direct tram will take you to the Clinical and Didactic Centre at Pomorska Street.

    The flat is also ideal for students of other universities located in the vicinity and employees of companies based in the centre of Łódź. If you like to party in the city this is also the place for you. The flat is located 15 minutes on foot to Piotrkowska Street, so living here you are sure that you will always be in the heart of events.

    The flat, consists of 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with toilet) and a kitchen. All rooms have been thoroughly refreshed.    

    There is free WiFi Internet at the residents' disposal.

    The flat is connected to city central heating.

     The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances:

• numerous cupboards,

• gas hob,

• microwave,

• buffet,

• set of glasses and cups,

• stools,

• pans and pots.

In addition, the flat has an ironing board, iron, hoover and washing machine, which you will not need on a daily basis in your room. The location also allows you to reach other parts of the city in a short time by public transport.

    I invite people without pets and non-smokers. Each room is locked, so you can be sure that no one will use it in your absence.

The flat is in our care throughout the rental period. We are available during office hours to assist you. You do not have to worry about unforeseen situations that you would have to face alone. Ongoing technical and administrative care is a rare added value - with us it is a matter of course.
